Sizes are divided into two categories: players (JR, SR) and goalies (JR, SR). The key measurements to consider are chest circumference and jersey length.

To measure chest circumference, use a measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your chest, making sure it’s horizontal. For jersey length, measure from the shoulder to the desired length, typically down to the waist. It is recommended to choose a size that allows for free movement while still offering a comfortable fit.
