Choosing the right stick shouldn’t be complicated: selecting the optimal flex and shaft length will have a positive impact on your performance.

Powertek ringette sticks are available in multiple sizes.

The flex 30 and 40 models feature a narrower and thinner shaft compared to the flex 50 and 60 models.

A smaller shaft allows players with smaller hands to get a better grip, which improves stick control.

Practical guide based on hand length:

  • Less than 155 mm: Flex 30 or 40 stick
  • Between 155 mm and 165 mm: Flex 40, 50, or 60 stick
  • More than 165 mm: Flex 50 or 60 stick
